Hi, I'm Anu.
I remember times from childhood when we went mushroom picking with my mother.
I once wondered what my mother always does when she gets home. And when I heard that mushrooms need to be checked for worms inside, that's all about eating mushrooms.... transiently. Fortunately, I learned the habit again.
In 2020, I got such a boost in the world of natural products that it still bears fruit, or in this case, a berry.
I started my studies in Muonio, Lapland. There I graduated as a natural product processor in 2021 and as a natural product developer in 2024.
I am a chef by profession and the world of food has revolved around my life in many ways.
